Welcome to the Rich Girl Radio™ store. This store is owned and operated by Higher Frequency Media LLC ("Rich Girl Radio," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

We sell affirmation mugs and other physical goods, planners, and digital downloads. We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process. Mugs and other print-on-demand items are made to order by our production partners after you purchase.

We may change product offerings, descriptions, or prices at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all physical orders. Because print-on-demand items are made to order, please allow time for production in addition to shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds — Physical Products

Because our physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or style selected, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. To request one, email contact@rich-girl-radio.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the issue
A photo of the shipping label, if the package was damaged

You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

6. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because they can be accessed immediately, all sales of digital products are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

If your file is missing, corrupted, or won't open, contact us at contact@rich-girl-radio.com and we'll send you a working copy.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim ownership of any digital product.

7. Products Purchased Through Other Platforms

Some Rich Girl Radio products, such as The Rich Girl Budget Planner, may also be sold through third-party marketplaces like Amazon. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by that platform's own terms, shipping, and return policies.

8. Discounts and Email List

Customers who join our email list receive a 20% discount code. Discount codes are for one-time use, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in this store — including the Rich Girl Radio™ name and logo, designs, affirmations, text, graphics, music, and images — is owned by Higher Frequency Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

Rich Girl Radio products, affirmations, planners, and content are intended for inspiration, personal growth, and entertainment. They are not financial, legal, medical, or mental health advice. Please consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Results from using any affirmation, planner, or practice will vary from person to person.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Higher Frequency Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Products are provided "as is" except as described in our Returns and Refunds section. Please use mugs as directed (for example, follow any microwave or dishwasher care instructions on the product listing).

12. Privacy

Your use of the store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
