Every Rich Girl Radio™ piece is printed just for you the moment you order, so all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong item — please double-check your selection before checking out.
DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. There's no need to send the item back.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item has already gone into production.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we're happy to resend it — reshipping costs are covered by the customer.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days and we'll help.
