Yes! Every physical order ships free, worldwide. No minimums.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is made just for you after you order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & rest of world: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
I ordered more than one item — why did they arrive separately?
Our products are made at different production facilities, so multiple items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order has already gone into production. Email us as soon as possible at contact@rich-girl-radio.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us right away at contact@rich-girl-radio.com. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll update it for you.

Can I return my order?
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right! Email us at contact@rich-girl-radio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. There's no need to send the item back.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. To keep your design looking its best for years, we recommend hand washing.

How do I receive my digital download?
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive an email with your download link. You can also access it from your order confirmation page.
I didn't get my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, email us at contact@rich-girl-radio.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble opening or downloading your file, contact us and we'll help.
Can I share or resell my digital download?
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
